Projects | Looked after children

 

Utilising our university students as coaches and volunteers we want to work with agencies and groups who work with Looked After Children throughout the Nort East.  Activities tend to be focused around one day multi-sport sessions outside of the school term.  Sessions take place in all the universities in teh region and are free of charge to participants.

Funding for this strand of our work is provided by the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE).  The project commenced June 2008.
